1. Introduction to Forest Online Cookies

Forest Online, operated by J. Kult GmbH, uses cookies, local browser storage, and pixel tags to ensure smooth gameplay across Aeris. This policy explains how these technologies work under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and PIPEDA, and how you can manage them.

2. Essential Operational Local Storage

These technologies are strictly necessary for the social casino to function properly. They store your session state so that when you reload the page, your Lumina Seeds balance and game progress in titles like Canopy Cascade are maintained. Without these, the site cannot operate:

• fo_seeds_balance: Saves your current Lumina Seeds count locally on your device.
• fo_cookie_consent: Stores your preferences regarding cookie consent.
• fo_game_state: Maintains your current unlock state and audio settings.

3. Performance and Analytics Cookies

We use anonymized analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand visitor volume, popular games, and page loading speeds. This aggregated data helps us optimize the visual experience and operational performance of our platform.

4. Marketing and Advertising Cookies

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads), we and our marketing partners may use advertising cookies and conversion pixels. These tools help us determine whether a visitor arrived via a specific advertisement and allow us to optimize ad delivery. They do not store directly identifiable personal details.

5. Managing Your Cookies and Opt-Out Options

You have full control over your browser’s cookie and storage settings:

• Browser Settings: You can choose to block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Please note that clearing essential local storage will reset your Lumina Seeds balance and game progress.
• Canadian & Global Opt-Out Tools: To opt-out of interest-based ad tracking across participating networks, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada at youradchoices.ca/en/tools or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
